This study aims to determine the determinants of success posyandu revitalization, which are influenced by activeness cadres, education/training, incentives, infrastructure and community participation in working area Nunpene Health Center Bitefa Center, East Miomaffo District, TTU Regency. The type research used is cross-sectional. results showed that tcount for variables cadre activity, were 1,245, 1,202, 1,867, 6,996, 13,406, respectively, with a significance value each variable, namely 0.216, 0.232. , 0.065, 0.000, 0.000. fcount obtained 107,290 In conclusion, infrastructure, positively significantly impact revitalization posyandu.
